If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to address the issue. However, we can't make any promises. All of our products are usually processed quickly. If your product has already been shipped, it's too late for us to do anything, but since we usually send you a tracking number along with the shipper information, you can try to call the shipper and inform them of the correct address.
Since many of our products are custom made, some orders ship out within 7 day and some can take 2-3 weeks for the product to be made and delivered. We will send out a confirmation e-mail once your order is processed, being made, and shipped.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and also get you a tracking # as soon as your custom order is shipped. If your order isn't out the door for any reason within 3 weeks. Please contact us for a refund.

If your product has already been shipped, take heart; we'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use or is shipped somewhere else.
If there's something wrong with your order (wrong product, defective, etc), please send photos to [email protected]. Once we have proof that the product arrived damaged, you have two options. You can send the product back to us and we will replace the product, but you will have to pay for return shipping fee or keep the product and agree to a refund.

When a product is in high demand, there could be a delay in processing the order. Delays especially happen during the Holiday season, but sometimes occur throughout the year for certain products. When this happens, our team will escalate the matter to the proper department. Please know that, although we will do our best to get your product out to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee the product will be sent immediately. We only ask for your patience. Your product will inevitably be sent to you.
